I moved to Toronto in 2011 to continue my education in the arts in the form of an advertising bachelor's degree. I love advertising and everything it entails, however I have always held a passion in my heart for photography. I did not want to make it a career; most of the time when people choose to turn their passions into their job it becomes work- thus I am a part time photographer who simply loves the art for what it is. I had always loved taking photos, even as a little girl, but I began shooting in a more professional manner during high school. My graphic arts teacher had such a passion for photography, it was contagious. He particularly enjoyed leafs in autumn which I suppose I emulate. I didn't know this until I was recently looking through my own portfolio and noticed about 30 photos featuring colorful leaves.

 

I now enjoy shooting memorable moments like weddings, engagements and new born life events.
